Gaming
Ever since I was a little kid, I have loved video games. I have many fond memories of snuggling up next to my older sisters on the sofa, watching over their shoulders as they played on their GameBoys. I continued loving games as I grew up, even though my family thought I would outgrow it (it took me two years of begging to finally get my parents to buy me a Nintendo 3DS - they thought I'd outgrow video games at a certain age).
Now, games are a huge part of my life. It's how I started my little content creator journey, its introduced me to so many amazing friends, and it has brought me comfort through many difficult times in my life. I always struggle to understand how some people don't like games, because most of my free time is spent on them... like what do you mean you don't have 3,000 hours invested into one game??
If you're curious what types of games I like the most, read on...
Animal Crossing
By far my favorite game of all time, and one of the ones I've played since I was a little kid. If you are not yet familiar with this lovely game, it's a cozy little lim sim where you are a human in a town full of animals. You live a simple, slow life, building up your house and town, building friendships with others, and working towards big goals like donating to the museum and paying off your home loan (because even in a video game fantasy world, you are still swimming in debt...) I've spent an absurd amount of time in this game (that 3,000 hour joke earlier wasn't really a joke...).
Beyond just being my favorite game because it's fun and cute, it has meant so much to me on a personal level. It's how I got my start in content creation, as I began streaming on Twitch and making Youtube videos for Animal Crossing! It's also how I met many of my close friends, and I have even gotten my entire family hooked on it. It really has brought so much joy and love into my life.

Stardew Valley
Another beloved game of mine!
I have mainly focused my energies on my Switch farm, Komorebi, where I am working towards perfecting and finishing up my farm. I'm married to Abigail, with our two children Luna and Artemis, our cat Pickles, and the horse Epona.
I also have a second Stardew Farm, Peach, on my PC. It's a modded save, but I haven't gotten too far into the game. But I absolutely cannot wait to work more on it and make the cutest pink farm ever!

The Sims 4
Although I joined the game late, it has become a new obsession of mine. I was first interested in the game to create my OC's (original characters) from my novels, but that has now expanded to creating recreations of beloved fictional characters, myself, and even more new OC's just for the fun of it. I'm not an expert in gameplay, and I struggle with building still, but it's been so fun. At one point in time I dreamed of becoming an interior designer, and this game definitely satisfies that passion within me.

Pokemon
One of the first games I ever played, I have fond memories of curling up on the sofa next to my older sisters, watching them play Pokemon Crystal on their Game Boy Colors. I've always loved the Pokemon series, and its one of the ones I've really stuck with over the years. I'm definitely not a pro at battling or strategy, but I love the simplicity of slowly chipping away at a Pokedex, leveling up your Pokemon, and catching all the cuties there are.
My favorite game of the main series is, without a doubt, Pokemon Soul Silver. It was the first game I ever finished (I am notorious for never finishing video games, so I'm quite proud of that), the first one I caught a legendary pokemon (a Lugia that I name Silvermist) and the first one I raised a pokemon all the way to level 100 (once again, my darling Silvermist). I also adore the chibi-pixel artstyle it uses, and that there are two whole regions to explore and collect gym badges from. And, the fact that you get to have a Pokemon walk behind you is SO cute.
My favorite non-mainline games are definitely Pokemon Mystery Dungeon (the first and only game to ever make me cry) and Pokemon Legends: Arceus (I simply adore open-world gameplay, and the Sinnoh/Hisui region is so nostalgic to me).
Pokemon version I have played: Ruby, Sapphire, Diamond, Platinum, SoulSilver, Moon, OmegaRuby, Shield, Violet
Non-mainline games I have played: Puzzle League (N64), Pokemon Ranger, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: Blue Rescue Team, Pokemon Mystery Dungeon: DX, Pokemon Legends: Arceus
...any many more
I've played so many games over the years, it's hard to really list them all in one place. There are so many cozy cute indie games that I have played over the years.
I love farming and life sims like Story of Seasons and Littlewood that allow me to decorate and lead a cozy life; I love silly goofy dating sims like Best Friend Forever and Dream Daddy, and of course I love all of your classic Nintendo games like the Legend of Zelda and Kirby.
